SOOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!

My 14M just got through the worst diaper rash he has ever had. It only lasted around 4-5 days, but was aggressively red and raw in appearance.
Now, he refuses to poop.
He strains and goes red and at first I thought he was constipated, so I kept putting everything prune and high in fiber into him. Then, it would be just a tiny nugget, and a half hour or not even, and he is straining again.
These are wet poop nuggets, or even liquidy, tiny spots as he strains more to not have a diaper change, but I can"t leave it too long..

I changed the diaper genie today, and had to again in the evening.

He cries, he goes red, his legs straighten and he does it again 20 minutes later when the poop tries again to come out.

He hasn't had a full poop since his diaper rash.
I am Constantly changing his diaper and I am getting so frustrated and angry and trying to keep my cool with him, but I need help.
How do you do this?
He doesn't understand that of he just let it all out he would be relieved and I won't have to go through practically 30 diapers a day!

No diaper time is not really an option where I am unless he stays "on the mats" which are easy to clean.

    Hi there!

Maybe seeing a “positive” experience might help him rewrite the negative experience so maybe bringing him into the bathroom to see you. As far as helping to have a bowel movement, have you tried massaging his belly or putting a warm cloth on the belly?

I hope he can get some relief soon!
