Pregnancy is such a hard journey both physically and mentally. Staying active and taking care of your mental health are huge! So share what you are doing this week on the wellness front!

  • For me it's just trying to maintain the same workout routine. A jog (which I just got back into last weekend bleh) and arm day on weekends, a couple of walks, maybe a yoga in there, and leg day during the week. 

    Also therapy every other week :)
