Bleeding/Spotting help please

Hi, needing some advice please.
Im 6 weeks pregnant and have been spotting very early on then it returned last week, mix of all kinds of blood and an odd pink hard tissue.
did a scan last week and all they can see at this point is the egg sack. 

I just did another home pregnancy test, said Im 2-3 weeks (same as initial home test 3 weeks ago). I’m so scared I’m slowly miscarrying 😩
