Ultrasound 9 weeks

This was taken two weeks ago, the tech said she didn’t see arms and legs yet but everything was good. Now I’m referred to a fetal assessment clinic by my OBGYN, could be because I am 36 or could it be something else? I see arms and legs but I have no idea what’s going on on the noggin? Any suggestions? No wrong answers just looking to gain some unbiased opinions. (Zoomed in)
