Pregnancy announcement?

I will be at 12 weeks in a few days and starting to think about when to announce. Some very close friends know to help get us through the first trimester, but not sure when to tell family, work etc. What are others doing?

I told immediate family around 8 weeks! I am telling my extended family next weekend when I’ll be at almost 14 weeks. Still waiting to tell work but I think it will be soon.

We told close friends immediately, some close family around 7 weeks, others around 11.5. Just announced to everyone else a few days after hitting 12weeks.
