Is my hcg abnormal?

Hello, I feel so anxious about this. Last year I suffered from a miscarriage that resulted in me having a TIA and have been so worried over this now that I am currently testing positive again. We found out on monday (four weeks two days) that I was pregnant sort of on a whim. I took a test around 5pm not expecting anything but the line was very dark. Very happy but now also even more concerned since I had been having some severe cramps for about a week that I had just attributed to pms. Yesterday (4w 3d) my husband took me to the ER because he was worried now about that cramping. They did a blood hcg as well as urine analysis and ultrasound. It came back positive for a uti (I’d never had one before so really did not recognize it as a uti 😭 i have a history of ovarian cysts and thought maybe one had ruptured before finding out about the pregnancy). The hcg also came back as 1400 which from what I’ve read seems high? Is it alright for it to be that high? The ultrasound confirmed that there was a gestational sac present (but it measured 5weeks +/-4 days so pretty accurate to my guess) but they couldn’t see anything else. I’m due for a repeat blood test on thursday and they told me it should be 3200. Is that not really high for where I am?? I am sorry if this is dumb, I really don’t know who to ask and would love some advice from y’all 😭
