Help with Cracked Nipple

I have a crack along the side of my nipple, it’s kinda like a small circle area and you can see the inside of the skin. I’ve been using prescription cream but it is not working. It’s been like this for 3-4 weeks and has not healed. 

Any tips or tricks would be very helpful!

You could use a nipple shield. I’d recommend working with a lactation consultant to make sure them at your baby’s latch is correct also.
