Placenta previa and small baby

Hi all!
I had my anatomy scan about two weeks ago. They told me that anatomically all was normal. However, I have placenta previa (partial) which may resolve over the next two months. If it does not, it requires an early C- section (around 37 weeks). Additionally, the baby is small (7th percentile) but has good blood flow in the placenta. They said it is likely just a small baby but we will continue to recheck these two things. Has anyone had an experience with either issue?

I have had 2 friends both with placenta previa on their anatomy scans, both resolved by the next scan. I want to say it’s like 80-90% chance it resolves? 

Not sure on the small size, mine was 52nd percentile in the scan. If they say you shouldn’t be worried then trust your doctor
