Ultrasound results at 21 weeks

Hello all,

New to this but freaking out and need insight if anyone has ever been in this position before..

My doctor reviewed our ultrasound and claimed that the tech was not able to get a clear image of the spine or heart even though the photos printed clearly show a spine and I saw the heart beat in the screen and doc said heartbeat was good and strong as it has been since I first heard it at 7 weeks. Another concern to add to the spine/heart thing is he mentioned a trident hand. With this information, I am now being referred to a bigger hospital for a more thorough ultrasound. I have not gone for any other testing of sorts yet as he said that'll happen in a few more weeks..


Am I panicking over nothing? Need some peace of mind or a reality check. Thank you.
