Hcg levels questions - normal?

Hey everyone!
Definitely need some advice, to help my mind from swirling. Hcg level only went up by about 13.6%, in 42 hours. 6 weeks and 2 days today.
1st was 3145, 2nd was 3511..
Heartbeat seen on ultrasound and everything looked normal.
Some spotting (light brown and little bright red), mild cramping.
The provider I saw wasn't very helpful about the questions I had or offering advice.
Is this something I should be concerned about or does the slow rise appear normal (anyone with that experience?)

@krm018 That seems like a very low HCG level to be hearing a heartbeat.  It should double until somewhere around week 8 or so when you start hearing a heartbeat regularly.  The number itself isn't alarming, but the fact that it didn't double is.  But you are hearing a heartbeat, and it's not even 7 weeks, so that could be good news.  Your doctor should definitely be able to answer all of your questions.  Try calling the nurse line and see what answers you get.  If you are unsatisfied, seek out a new doctor!
