So my grandmothers name was Julia could I use 
Giulia nn then Gigi? Opinions please

also best spelling to use?

Are you intentionally making them different names? Either name is fine. In America if I heard either of those names I would assume they were saying Julia, so there may be a lot of misspellings of Giulia

Like someone else said, in the US, Giulia will definitely get misspelled and mispronounced. It is beautiful, though. If you go with Julia, I love the nn Jules
