Help me understand please

I took a clear blue digital test this afternoon and it said pregnant. I wasn’t expecting that so my husband got some more. Since then I’ve taken two pink line and another digital test and they’ve all said negative. What would cause the first one to say positive followed by three negative? I’m really confused. I had a period a week and a half ago. I also had a stomach bug last month that I wondered if it messed up my BC. The only reason I took the test is because I’ve been super tired since my period and foggy brained. I don’t know if I should call my doc or not. I have one pink line left that I will take when I wake up in the morning.

    This literally happened to me this weekend!! I’ve taken so many other negatives that I’ve lost hope. I’ve taken every kind and only the digital say pregnant
