Pregnancy of unknown location successful stories?

I’m going through the worst few weeks, I got my positive pregnancy test only to start bleeding a few days later for 3 days. Dr thought early miscarriage initially. I’ve since had some light pink spotting when I wipe only for a few days this week.
I had some HCG blood tests and they were as follows:
6th March- 37
8th March- 107
11th March- 473
13th March- 1,260
Early ultrasound on Monday (my HCG levels at this point were 1,260) this week showed nothing in my uterus and I’ve been given a Pregnancy of Unknown location until they can see a gestational sac in the uterus.
The dr told me that a HCG level of 1,500 - 2,000 for a gestational sac to be seen in the uterus.
I have repeat bloods tomorrow and a re scan on Monday.
I am an anxious wreck, I can’t sleep, I can’t eat properly and I can’t focus on anything else and keep thinking every little twinge or gas pain is an ectopic and it’s only a matter of time before it bursts. I’m absolutely worried sick.

Has anyone had a pregnancy of unknown location and then gone back to have a re scan and they’ve seen a sac in the uterus? I really need to hear some positive stories as right now monday seems so far away my mind is all over the place.
