Did I have A Missed Miscarriage??

I found out I was pregnant. I am thinking my last period was February 5th, 2023 my breast tenderness stopped suddenly yesterday and I do not feel pregnant. I was also peeing a lot that stopped also. I took a pregnancy test and still the line was faint like it was when I found out. The only thing happening now is that I have left ovary pain aching only when I lay down, and lots of phlegm in my throat. Could I have miscarried?

Sounds like you’re sick, not miscarrying. Symptoms come and go. If you’re concerned you need to call your doctor.
