Hello I’m writing here because the other groups are a little slow. I’ve lost 2 pregnancies since August last year with the last one being a “chemical” pregnancy back in January this year.
long story short before I had my first miscarriage I was a very active person when the first miscarriage happened in August 2022 I stopped completely working out because I blamed myself for the loss due to lifting weights etc.
In January when I saw my doctor he mentioned to me that it’s ok for me to go back to my routine that the first miscarriage wasn’t caused by that in fact they recommend exercise during pregnancy. Right after I had a chemical pregnancy at the end of January.
Last week I started back to workout and I started to take my supplements again BUT im not sure if I should be taking whey protein with creatine if it will affect my chances of conceiving because I haven’t given up on my rainbow baby God wiling we are trying again either this month or April. I wonder if anyone here was taking supplements as far as whey protein or creatine and have been successful conceiving I’m not taking any pre workouts tho, I drink coffee in the mornings the workout and have my protein smoothie with creatine in it after my workout. Any help or advise will be greatly appreciated. Thank you ladies!🙏
