Irregular periods, will I have a ultrasound at my first prenatal appointment?

I have had irregular periods my whole life. My last period was in September, and I tested positive on three pregnancy tests in the middle of February. We have been TTC for over 2 years, and as my periods are irregular, we kind of gave up on taking ovulation tests about a year ago. I had some ovulation symptoms about 2 or 3 weeks before the positive tests, but of course I cannot be sure. Will I have a TV ultrasound done at my prenatal appointment to see the crown to rump size, as I don't really have a last menstrual cycle to base conception off of?

It's really clinic dependent. They may order one for you to have later or they may do it there. It's best to call your clinic and see what they typically do.
