Ant bite during second trimester

Hi all,
yesterday I was bitten by an ant (common black ant) on my bikini area, (outside labia). It’s painful.. what can a pregnant mumma do to ease the discomfort? Second trimester around 22 weeks.

Given the area I was bitten there’s not a lot cream wise I can use or do other then cold compress?
Any advise?
