Re: Newbie Intros w/o 2/27

  • I'm not new to The Bump, but I had my son eight years ago. My ex-husband walked out on us six years ago. Now, I am about to get remarried, and we are past ready to try for our own baby. I am 33, and he is 36. I get my IUD removed on March 20th. I am hypothyroid, so I have been staying on top of my medication and vitamins/supplements. I have one son, and he has 2 sons. I am an online teacher and own a non-profit education company. I love to quilt, camp, read, and hike.

How many months have you been TTC?: This is our first back trying. TW below but yes my Dr knows and is ok with this.

    TW - I had a miscarriage and D&C on 2/14

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: Temping and LH tests. Not high hopes for this month but it’s more about seeing what my body is doing.

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) We have a daughter. She is almost 4 and so much fun. I work very part time at Costco. I like to garden, read and bake. I show horses but am taking a break this year. Still ride occasionally for fun. We have a small farm in Northern ca that we are working on becoming closer to self sustaining.
