How’s everyone hanging? Anyone else getting sharp pelvic pain around 25/26 weeks? Is this a normal thing? Thanks in advance!💙

It may be lightning crotch. It's pretty intense. I usually get it around 27 weeks or so. More strong toward the end.

Yes! Intense pelvic pain. It is worsened by standing up or laying down for me.

Thank you both! My OB recommended me a belt thing. It’s uncomfortable but it helps with this a bit.

@crosmac_4
try Kinesiology Tape if the belt continues to bother you. There are tutorials online on how to wear it. I forget it's on compared to the belt I tried years ago. I wear it at this point on very active days.
