Is this a twin ultrasound?

1st Trimester
I’m supposed to be about 7 weeks. I was sent to a different ultrasound place after the scan at 5 weeks was inconclusive. I have one sac measuring a bit behind at 6w3d, but then there is this other thing that the tech measured. Could it be?

Could be a SCH. If it was another sac you would have been told this is baby A and this is baby B.

If the tech didn't say twins or the doctor, then it's not twins. Great question for your doctor!
