Upper abdomen cramps

Hello ladies, I am 15 weeks pregnant with my second and have been having upper belly cramps on left side of belly button only when I get up from bed or stand up. Its like an electrical current or muscle contraction or something. Didn’t experience this in my first pregnancy. Has anybody else experienced this? Please share your experiences
