Sounds normal to me. I didn't have much of an appetite during my pregnancy; I had to make very conscious decisions about eating rafter than just eating because I was hungry. I remember telling my husband that "hungry" didn't exist for me anymore. Either I couldn't eat (nauseated, heartburn, etc.), could eat (not necessarily feeling hungry, but didn't think eating would make me feel bad at that point in time), or MUST eat (feeling bad in a way I thought eating would make me feel better, or having gone all day without eating, etc.). But I didn't really feel "hungry" in the way I'd always known if for pretty much the whole pregnancy.
I only ate fruit and salad for most of my 1st trimester, and I only ate because I logically knew I had to. No appetite whatsoever. I only started gaining weight after 22 weeks. I think it is totally normal. The hunger might show up later 😅
Re: 8 week pregnant but I don’t feel much hungry, is that normal?
