Anyone have a similar experience?

I had sex one time in February a couple of days after my period. I had pains about 10 days later that I thought was ovulation pain (I have never had ovulation pain before) but now I'm wondering if it was implantation pain. Fast forward to the day of my period and I have a faint positive. Three days later (today) I have another faint positive this morning but now I'm bleeding. It started off brown, now it's a mixture between brown, maroon, and bright red with lots of mucus. It's sort of heavy like my period but I'm not having bad cramps like I usually do.
