He refused to make a pizza, flopped like a screaming fish every time he fell and was generally his “spirited” adhd self. Not listening, not focusing, lots of busyness to do pretty much everything but what he should. 🥴
As an ADHD Mama who has 1 ADHD child… I laughed so hard reading this explanation about why he got kicked out. I got “asked” to leave my HS when I was 16 so I dropped out (had to dig myself out of an insanely deep hole but that’s a story for another time).
That club was clearly not for him, he will find his place and find something that he will use his ADHD Powers for good in and not evil. Mine was nursing, I’ve been an ER Trauma Specialist for 13 years with a Masters in Nursing and let me tell you, my ADHD is why I truly can say Nursing is my #1 skill. I’m not a great Mom or wife but I’m an AMAZING nurse and it’s bc my mind can analyze and handle 499 things at once. He will find his place and once he does.. he will be unstoppable.
Although, why wouldn’t he make pizza? I love pizza lol who doesn’t? Have an amazing day Ladies!
@mamasaurusbec thank you I needed to read that. He is so bright, and such a vibrant soul but at the same time - his differences can make normal things excessively hard.
