6w+2 Off and On Spotting

I’ve had spotting off and on since I found out about this pregnancy at 4w. There will just randomly be brownish spots on my underwear or when I wipe. I mentioned it to my intake nurse a week ago and they said not to worry unless I’m soaking a pad or have cramps that are worse than normal period cramps and since that’s not the case I’m trying to wait to out to bring up at my 8w appt. Anyone else experience this?

I have on and off spotting as well. I was told that unless accompanied by severe cramping and lots of bright red blood that mimic my period to not be concerned and that it can be a baseline for a lot of women. I was told coughing, sneezing, and BM can also cause some light spotting as well. Color WITH quantity is what to keep an eye on
