Almost 8 weeks spotting and cramping

8 weeks tomorrow just started some light spotting along with cramping and back pain. 2 past miscarriages so im scared. Doctor said its normal to have cramping since my uterus is stretching anyone else has been through this and everything turn out okay. Yes, spotting is so scary! I spotted for almost a week at 7 weeks with my first and second pregnancies and carried both to term. Now I've got a 4 year old and 1 1/2 year old! Hang in there!
