  • Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: number of loss(es), when you had the loss(es), diagnosis/conditions surrounding loss, etc. 1 Loss, 1/11

    Status: TWW

How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? Things are going ok. I'm just taking it day by day. I'm at peace with this cycle. As much as I would like to get pregnant due to the due date, but if it doesn't happen I'll be ok.

Any testing coming up/any recent results: HPT this week

Questions? Why is flow telling me to test 3 days after two weeks? Like that's crazy to me.

GTKY: What's the best thing you ate in the last week? Sushi. So good.

How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? It's going. The twins due date was last week and I somehow missed it. Usually it hits me hard.

Any testing coming up/any recent results SA for H Feb 6. I'm so anxious about it.

    Questions? Nope

GTKY: What's the best thing you ate in the last week?

I didn't eat anything amazing last week. I do have a cruise coming up and I am so looking forward to the food.

  • @stashattack I could not wait that long to test! I can’t even make it to my missed period.
@mambo5-2 Cruise sounds amazing. Enjoy it!

Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: 2 miscarriages (6 and 12 weeks) and a CP in the last 19 months

Status: 5th cycle back trying again, in the TWW

How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? Had a nice long chat with my therapist this week about seeking help from a fertility specialist. I’ve been reluctant to go down that road for a number of reasons, but she helped me to think about it as a fact finding mission rather than a decision. I can always go and get the information but that doesn’t mean I have to follow through with anything if I don’t want to or I don’t think it’s right for us. Forever grateful for therapy to help me through this mess.

Any testing coming up/any recent results? NATM

    Questions? NATM

GTKY: What's the best thing you ate in the last week? I made Thai basil chicken last night that was seriously legit. The spiciest Indian takeout of all time was a close second.
  • @maggiemadeit same. I've been testing since 8dpo  :#

Your therapist sounds amazing! I like the idea of having a fact finding mission. :)

@maggiemadeit I like that attitude for a fertility specialist. I may need to adopt that. Also, therapy is amazing. I think everyone should go. Glad it's working for you as well.
  • @maggiemadeit that is definitely something I would say as a therapist. Granted I say a lot of random therapist isms.... everyone go get a therapist

  • Sorry to brain dump here, but I feel like other people in my life don’t understand this TTCAL stuff, and I know you ladies understand how hard it can be.

Feb 4 2022 was my D&C from my second miscarriage. I can’t believe a year has passed and I am no closer to having a baby. I’m feeling really down and like I’m running out of time. I’m 40 in a month and I’m starting to worry this isn’t going to happen for us. My husband keeps telling me to keep the faith, but I’m having a hard time staying positive.
