Rash??

My baby has shown some cradle cap scales on her scalp but not bad but now she’s got some scales on her eyebrows. Over the last two days this red rash around her ears and back of head has started to crawl down to her neck and shoulders and I can’t figure out what it is. I have a message into her pediatrician but looking to see if any moms have an idea of what this is?

I have a photo but can’t upload it’s little tiny red bumps but no white heads

went went through the same with my little man i used a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream 1x day for 5 days then I’ve been maintaining with eczema remedies

His cradle cap healed up with the skin oil from the same brand
