With my second pregnancy I had a bilobed placenta- meaning it was butterfly shaped. I had a SCH in my 1st trimester but otherwise no signs of an abnormality. Now pregnant with my 3rd and wondering if it’s likely to repeat itself or if it’s usually a one-off? Hesitant to ask my OB cause I don’t want to be told I have do a C-Secrion.

Sorry, but honestly in your medical background is VITAL! This would be an excellent thing to be brought up.

What makes you think that you will be told you need to have a c-section?  Did you have one before? If so, doctor isn't stupid he/she will see the c-section scar upon exam.
