I have a question to see if anyone else is experiencing this/have experienced this or if I really should contact my doctor. I’m currently 8 weeks pp and am bleeding after exercise. It happened almost two weeks ago and I just assumed it could be my period coming back, but it is happening again now. It’s not very heavy, but it is more than spotting. Is this normal after getting back into a routine ?
