@mambo5-2 @stashattack I’m right there with you on no chill. How I wish I could be the person who waits to miss their period…

Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: 2 miscarriages (6 and 12 weeks) and a chemical since August 2021

    Status: WTO, CD8

How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? I’m starting to get a little down thinking of the looming 40th birthday, which will coincide with 6 months of trying again. I called my insurance company to see what they cover for fertility treatment and just the initial conversation made my head spin. Apparently the first step is to have my OBGYN diagnose me with infertility (by the very narrow insurance definition) before I can do anything else. So that’s fun.

Any testing coming up/any recent results? No, but I think I will pursue some more testing if we make it to 6 months without getting pregnant again. I had the RPL panel run after my second loss, but have not done any other testing at this point.

    Questions? NATM

GTKY: What is the most useful thing you own? I’m going with the slow cooker. Big fan of throwing stuff in a pot and magically having dinner ready in 6-8 hours.

@maggiemadeit not me wishing more drs would commit insurance fraud as I see insurance being the biggest scam in the US 🙈

and I'm glad I'm not the only one that has 0 chill.

TW previous pregnancy mention and pregnancy

Last night was hard for me. I am still in touch with some of the moms from my lasts BMB on slack. ONe of them reached out to me letting me know she's pregnant but that she didn't want to share it with the group if it would make me uncomfortable or too sad. She also mentioned she found out around the same time I got the shit news about my last pregnancy.

I am very happy for her. She's been struggling to conceive #2 and she isn't out of the woods yet. I told her to share it with group. She deserves to celebrate this time with our group. I feel bad about my loss. I feel guilty that she felt hesitant to share because of my loss. I've felt pretty ok over all, but yesterday was an overall bad day and that was just the icing on the cake. And now I'm tearing up again and I have a meeting in 15min. UGH.

@stashattack I’m sorry. It’s so hard. I always want to be happy for other people but it makes me feel like shit that it always comes with a side of feeling sad for myself.
