Second pregnancy after two miscarriages and a miracle baby

Hi, I’m having some concerning moments with my pregnancy and was wondering if there’s anybody that’s experiencing the same things. I miscarriages two times before due to an incompetent cervix with resulted to me getting a cerclage with my son on my third pregnancy. Three years later im pregnant again and I couldn’t be more excited and worried. Im 8 weeks and I’ve been having pink discharge when I wipe and lower back pain. Due to my previous experiences I’ve felt lower back pain before with my first two pregnancies which didn’t results in a success outcome. Im not sure if I should be worried or if I should believe it is normal how the nurses and doctors are saying.
