Weight Loss Before TTC

Hi! I’m looking for some ways y’all have found to lose weight quickly but sustainably and- most importantly- in a healthy way! 

I’ve gained 60 pounds since before my last pregnancy, prior to that I had gained about 20 pounds over the course of about three years due to a medication I was taking. I gained a lot during pregnancy, but about half (30lbs) came after, in the last 8 months. I can’t even imagine being pregnant again at my current weight, but my son is 8 months old and I don’t want a very big age gap! I’ve joined the gym and gotten a personal trainer, I’ve been using Noom to track my eating and doing their lesson things. 

So what are some of your go-to healthy meals? Favorite exercises? Any other tips you have?

What about anyone who experienced pregnancy with a high BMI? Did you feel like it affected you in any way?
