High Estradiol & Many Follicles

My estradiol level 2 days prior to IUI was 1493. Is this reflective of actual mature eggs in the follicles? I know that mature follicles are supposed to produce 200-300 pg/ml of estradiol, but does that mean the follicle actually contains an egg? Meaning we’d have at least 4-5 eggs this month?

For reference, I’m 38 and suspected egg quality is our only diagnosis.
