Scared to announce

I had a miscarriage last year and it took us a year and a half to get pregnant again. I also have low ovarian reserve, so another loss could feel especially devastating. I’m very scared to make my pregnancy public knowledge, especially because I’m a 5th grade teacher and I just don’t know how I’d tell my students if something happened. However, I’m already starting to show and it’s only going to get more obvious and weird the longer I wait. Anyone else in the same boat? What are you doing?

kinda.  I also had a miscarriage last year which rattled me.  I had a hard time getting my pregnant this time around and went through IVF.  I haven’t told anybody at work besides my boss.  I work in mental health and manage 5 staff and 16 intensive clients.   I’ve just been trying to layer my clothes and nobody has asked me at work.  I’m sure some suspect it.  I did just get genetic testing results which were normal so I “think” I’d be ok telling others now but still feeling a bit nervous.  May wait a bit more.
