9 month old and split nights

Our little guy is 9 MO and lately he has been having awful split nights. He will sleep for 4-5 hours then be awake for 2 hours. He is just miserable and angry because we won’t stay in there the whole time with him during that because we try to let him fall back asleep on his own.

he goes to bed at 7:30 and is awake by 7:30 and only gets 2 naps that total 2-2.5 hours. He usually gets a total of 10-10.5 hours overnight. Help because I’m exhausted and frustrated.
