Twins?

According to the date of my first day of my last menstrual cycle, I should be 7 weeks and 2 days today. I went in for my first ultrasound today and the baby is measuring 6 weeks and 4 days.. and the doctor scheduled me for another ultrasound next week (7days exactly) to check again.

We were able to see the flickering and hear the heartbeat. But she said the sac doesn’t look normal as it looks like there’s a line in the middle of the sac. Next to it is an empty sac. Do you guys think it’s twins? Hiding or maybe I lost one?
