Cramps stopped and a little nervous

Hello everyone! I’m just pregnant and my cramps stopped. I’m literally only coming up on my 2nd week. I stopped cramping except periodically but they are very mild. For a while I saw having severe cramps but yesterday and today I haven’t really had any. I’m a nervous wreck and don’t go to my doctor until next Friday. Should I be concerned??

Sorry, but why would you be concerned about not cramping.  Honestly I would be relieved that I wasn't cramping anymore.

I wouldn’t be concerned either, cramping seems to come and go. It usually isn’t consistent in early pregnancy. Just with implantation maybe, and some stretching here and there. I understand the worry ❤️
