9 weeks and light bleeding when wiping

I am 9 weeks and 3 days. I just noticed a little blood when I wiped. Very light, but I haven’t had this at all so far. I’m so nervous. Any similar things happen?

I'm currently 7 weeks and 1 day and a few hours ago the same thing happened to me. Ima just wait to see if it continues.

I haven’t had anything since that one time, but it just causes so much anxiety
