Does anyone know if implantation bleeding is different if you’ve had a miscarriage before? I had a miscarriage in 2017. I did not have a D and C done. I feel pregnant, but pee tests have been negative and I did start bleeding on Saturday. But it’s not like my usual period bleeding and I do not have my usual cramps and other period symptoms. Just wondering since I have had a miscarriage if that would change how implantation bleeding would be like.

    Hello Knottie,

    We typically don't do one off posts like this.

    As someone who has many losses and pregnancies afterward, periods are weird. Negative pregnancy test means not pregnant at this time. Symptom spotting just makes you feel crazy long term.
