Concern for pericardial effusion?

I had my 8 week confirmation ultrasound on Friday of last week and everything seemed ok, but the nurse practitioner called me the following Monday and said they saw a simple ovarian cyst (no biggie) and some views in the ultrasound showed what appeared to be pericardial effusion, but it may be due to baby’s position. I have my recommended appointment for a repeat ultrasound at 11 weeks with maternal and fetal medicine, but should I be deeply concerned about this?

I’m thinking if it was anything major they would want me back sooner, and I’ve read that many fetal pericardial effusion cases self-resolve.
