HCG levels

I went to the er last Monday at 5w1d for abdominal pain. My hCG levels were at 11,059.0

I went the the er last night at 6w1d for more abdominal pain and found out I have a uti. My hCG levels were 35,285.0 that’s a week apart. That doesn’t seem like it is rising as quickly as if should.

They also looked at baby but wouldn’t let me see or hear anything. They said I’m measuring right at 6w1d and HR was 112. Last week I was measuring 5w5d at 5w2d and they couldn’t get HR. I’m just so confused and worried.
