Upcoming Appointments: My first is next week. 🤞

How are you feeling?: PREGNANT! Nauseous, bloated, food aversions like crazy. Baby doesn't like plain water. 😭

Rants/Raves: We're getting our kitchen renovated and they had to cut off the plumbing for 10 hours on Saturday. I made many trips to the Logan grocery store. 

Questions: not today.

Team - unsure but my son thinks it’s a girl.
upcoming appt Dec 15 ultrasound 
Feeling: a bit better today.  Got Flu type A on Saturday and it’s been terrible.  Even went to pregnancy ER because I could not stop coughing/dry heaving.
rants/raves- just tired of being sick.  Also my 6 year old said we’re naming the baby KiKi.

Feeling: just tired and wanting to eat more.
rants/raves- I hate spending time making food only to eat 2 bites. Then be nauseous later because I'm hungry. It's a confusing and weird balance. Although I did destroy some chipolte and berry cobbler. Ate more in 1 meal than I did in the past 2 days lol. 

Questions- none but helpful tip check out the yourube channel "the drs bjorkman" this couple documents their pregnancy journey week by week from their personal and professional experience as obgyn and pediatrician. It's over a year old but it's been helpful for me.

How are you feeling?: Exhausted, a little nauseous, sore boobs from hell and very bloated.

Rants/Raves: I'm tired of feeling tired, but I know it's only going to get worse.

Questions: Why do they call it morning sickness if it lasts all friggin day? How do you deal with the flu in the first trimester when you can't take much for a cough or congestion?
