Upcoming appointments: I have my first prenatal appointment + GTT on 12/12.
How are you feeling: Exhausted and in my feelings about losing all the freedom I’ve finally gained with the kids being older and in school.
Rants / Raves: I haven’t been able to do much because I get lower back pain and so tired from just walking around.
Questions:
GTKY: What is your go-to cozy winter meal? Chili. Not that we have real winter here. 😂

How are you feeling: better ish? Thought I had turned the corner, then had a super nauseous weekend.
Rants / Raves: we're enjoying sharing the news with more friends and family!

GTKY: What is your go-to cozy winter meal? Juk, which is Korean rice porridge, or jjangmyeon, which is a Korean noodle dish. Sadly both are currently off-limits to my GD diet, so I'm also eating lots of soups and stews 🥣

Upcoming appointments: next appt on Wednesday. Husband is meeting the midwife and we are I’ll get to do another ultrasound. I’m excited to see the baby!
How are you feeling: not great. I too thought things were improving and then had a bad weekend. So who knows at this point haha
Rants / Raves: the freaking cost of groceries is killing us. I used to only spend 70ish a week and I swear I’m doubling that right now. It’s tough out here lol
GTKY: What is your go-to cozy winter meal? I’ve been loving baked potatoes these past few weeks. So cozy and butter-y.

Upcoming appointments: tomorrow! I’m so excited to hear the heartbeat again. I’ve started having just the tiniest bit of anxiety the last few days about whether or not baby is okay. My bump is growing a lot though.

still some nausea trying to keep the first meal of the day down. Some days are way worse than others!

My 3 year old has been so helpful I can’t even believe it. He’s so sweet.

I also love chili!! But right now I’ve been really enjoying Amy’s canned soups. They are so freaking good. The vegetable, lentil vegetable, and especially the kale quinoa lentil. It has so much garlic and other seasonings. That’s my “fast food” for me and the kids these days.
