Freaking out - pregnant 19 days after period?

Hi - 1st time posting. Posting because I was getting some weird cramping today that reminded me of when I was pregnant with my daughter. I took a test and got a very faint line. Took 2 more. Same thing. Thing is, I am AT MOST 19 days post period. I don't remember when me and my husband had sex last. Im actually concerned I might have ovarian cancer or something. Any advice??? Is this possible?

Similar thing happened to me last month except I didn’t take a test - I had gone to the emergency room for abdominal discomfort (not something I’d usually go in for but I have a history of Cholestasis and my father died of pancreatic cancer so I err on the side of caution with stomach aches that persist!). Nope not cancer… pregnant! Hadn’t even considered this because my husband had a vasectomy 4 years ago (turns out if failed 😳). I also had what I believed was my period about a week prior. *TW* As it turned out in my situation, my ‘period’ was actually a miscarriage but it took some time for the hcg to leave my system so I was still showing positive. *end TW* I hope you have a better turn out than I did! Sorry I’m not of more help :/

No that's so helpful, thank you!! Definitely possible for me; I've had at least 1 chemical pregnancy. Going to test again tomorrow and see.
