Single Umbilical Artery

Hi everyone. At my anatomy scan yesterday I was diagnosed with SUA. I haven’t had a chance to speak with my doctor direct so I fell down the google rabbit hole and now I’m terrified. Anyone have any experience with this? Am I overreacting?
