Any iui success stories with letrozole and gonal f?

Iui is scheduled for tomorrow this is first one with letrozole gonal f and then trigger. Anyone get pregnant on this combo? I’ve had three failed iui’s with just letrozole and trigger

We just did first iui on Dec 2. I did the same combo! Now waiting past the cramping and aches! Keeping fingers crossed for us both
