Stomach pains

I’ve had stomach pains on weeks 14 and 14+/15 weeks. The other one was so severe I could barely walk, then some milder but still quite painful, and then some mild but annoying pain. The duration of the severe pain was not long, maybe 20mins max, but the mild pain lasted several hours and stopped when I took paracetamol.

I’ve never had period pain, but I would imagine the pain feels similar.
They checked me and the baby in the hospital and everything was normal, they couldn’t give any explanation to the pain. 

Has anyone else had this kind of pain on this stage of Pregnancy?
