Pain in Urethra

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this. I got two urine tests done and both came back negative but somehow I still have some mild pain in my urethra. It kind of burns, kind of feels like I need to pee but the sensation comes and goes. I don’t have any other symptoms of a UTI. If it helps, I’m pregnant with twins and I’m in my ninth week of pregnancy.
