Hello all, my name is Charlotte and I am 29/almost 30 years of age. I have PCOS and don't ovulate. I recently just took my first round of Clomid and would love to discuss symptoms/successes/struggles. My timeline/symptoms are as follows:
Aunt Flo 10/26-11/2
Took 100mg Clomid from 10/28-11/2
Did the deed 11/6
Positive Ovulation test 11/7
What I thought were intestinal cramps started 11/7 (I know suspect ovulation cramps, but they felt different)
Sore nipples started 11/8
Intermittent period like cramps started 11/14 and lasted 2 days
Random food aversion with lack of hunger 11/15
Today is 11/16 and I feel great and the nipple soreness has finally decreased but not gone away.
No real mood swings aside from feeling weepy over how much I love my cat for just a minute.
I'm trying so very hard to not look at any of my symptoms as early pregnancy signs and simply as Clomid side effects, so I would love to hear from you all to see if that all sounds pretty normal for Clomid. My research has given me answers that are all over the place.
Re: New Here :) Have PCOS and am trying Clomid.
It's understandable to wonder about symptoms, but it's best to wait for a pregnancy test for confirmation. Your experiences align with common Clomid side effects, including hormonal changes.
